Welcome to KhayalX.
By accessing or using our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively referred to as the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

These Terms apply to all Users, Customers, and Service Providers.

• You must be 18 years or older to use the Platform.

• You agree not to misuse the Platform or violate any laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

• Fraudulent activity, including fake bookings, is strictly prohibited.

3. Services

• KhayalX is a marketplace that connects Customers with independent Providers.

• Providers are not employees, agents, or representatives of KhayalX.

• Providers are solely responsible for:

  • Delivery and quality of services

  • Professional conduct

  • Tools and equipment

  • Safety and legal compliance

• KhayalX is responsible only for booking and payment facilitation.

4. Payments & Fees

• All payments must be made through the Platform, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Providers set their own prices, not KhayalX.

• KhayalX may charge:

  • Service fees

  • Transaction fees

  • Cancellation fees (if applicable)

• All fees are displayed to the Customer prior to checkout.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation terms vary by service and Provider.

• Refund eligibility follows the refund policy displayed during booking.

• No refund will be issued once a service has been fully delivered.

• In the event of a Provider no-show, KhayalX may issue a refund or rebook the service.

6. Provider Responsibilities

Providers must:

• Deliver services on time and as described.

• Maintain professional conduct.

• Respond to Customers in a timely manner.

• Comply with all UAE laws and licensing requirements.

• Not solicit Customers outside of the Platform.

KhayalX may suspend or remove Providers who fail to meet performance or policy standards.

7. User Conduct

Users agree to:

• Treat Providers and KhayalX personnel with respect.

• Provide accurate information when making bookings.

• Refrain from abusive, threatening, fraudulent, or platform-misusing behavior.

• Not attempt to bypass the Platform’s payment system.

Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

8. Ratings & Reviews

• Customers may leave honest reviews after service completion.

• KhayalX may remove reviews that are abusive, false, illegal, violent, or defamatory.

9. Intellectual Property

• All logo(s), branding, content, images, text, and design belong to KhayalX.

• No User or Provider may use KhayalX trademarks or branding without written authorization.

10. Limitation of Liability

KhayalX is not responsible for:

• Provider errors or service failure

• Injuries caused by a service

• Misconduct, delay, or negligence by a Provider

• Loss or damage of property

KhayalX’s liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted under UAE law.

11. Privacy

By using the Platform, you agree to the KhayalX Privacy Policy, which outlines:

• Data collection

• Data storage and usage

• Protection of user information

The full Privacy Policy will be available on the Platform.

12. Termination of Account

KhayalX may suspend or terminate an account if:

• Terms are violated

• Fraudulent activity is suspected

• Abuse or misconduct occurs

• Payments are bypassed

Users may request account deletion at any time.

13. Updates to Terms

KhayalX may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Changes take effect upon publication on the Platform.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Any disputes shall be resolved under UAE jurisdiction.
